Laboratory intends to provide accurate and timely services including attempt to meet the stated or implied expectations of its customers.

Purpose of management system related to quality is to manage its business by meeting the needs of our customers including providing a documented mechanism for redressal of complaints and a system of feedback for continuous improvement.

Excellence in the workplace is promoted by providing all employees with the knowledge, training, and tools necessary to allow for the completion of accurate and timely work including opportunity to familiarize themselves with quality documentation and implement the policies and procedures in their work.
